Species-specific price data trendlines are displayed graphically with the live price data tables as you select the state of your interest. These valuable trends are updated continuously as the data comes in.

TiMBest Price Index

Our proprietary algorithm calculates the TiMBest current price for every species of timber in every county that we have data for. The TiMBest price is a function of all the data we’ve collected from our contributors in a particular county, weighted by how current each data point is, and takes into account localized market and data conditions.
